What the Team Does

• Research. Read each vendor's own pages — pricing, features, privacy, terms, support — and record every fact with the page it came from and the date it was checked.
• Scoring. Enter verified facts into the database. Positions are computed by the ranking engine from published weights; nobody types a rank.
• Writing. Turn the recorded facts into a review, comparison or guide, stating what is unknown rather than filling the gap.
• Maintenance. Re-check facts on a schedule, correct what has changed, and re-publish. Every page shows when it was last updated.

How We Research

Official vendor sources come first for prices, plan limits and specifications; original audit reports and security research for audit and security claims; standards bodies and regulators for definitions and legal status. A professional review by someone else is external assessment, never a product fact on its own. Competitor comparison sites are used only to discover which products and use cases exist — never as a factual source, never as content, and never as an input to a ranking. Ratings Published by Other Platforms

Some reviews carry a “User feedback” block: aggregate ratings that third-party platforms publish about a product. We show each source on its own, with its scale, how many ratings it covers, when we checked it and a link to verify it. We never merge sources into one number, never present them as our own score, and they never move a product's score, its position in a ranking or our verdict. We do not collect, store or display review text, reviewer names, avatars, profiles or any other personal data, and we do not operate a user-review system of our own.

Corrections

We correct errors rather than quietly deleting them. A corrected fact is updated in the database and propagates to every page that uses it; a material correction is noted on the affected page. How to report one is on the corrections policy page, and you can reach the team through contact.

Independence from Commercial Relationships

We earn a commission on some links. Nobody can buy a position, a score, a review or a mention, and commercial arrangements are handled separately from editorial work. Advertising, where it appears, is labelled. The details are in the affiliate disclosure and the advertising disclosure.
